MEET THE FOUNDER

Meet Kisha

Kisha works with professionals and private coaching clients who are ready to move beyond repeating patterns and toward stronger alignment between their faith, identity, career, relationships, and actions.

With years of experience in recruiting and talent placement across high-impact industries including engineering, pharmaceutical sales, artificial intelligence, and healthcare leadership, Kisha brings a discerning eye to every candidate relationship. Her approach goes beyond the resume: she evaluates communication readiness, leadership presence, and cultural alignment to ensure that the professionals she places are genuinely prepared for the demands of the roles they pursue. Her work has consistently connected organizations with talent that performs, leads, and stays.

As a certified coach, Kisha works with adults navigating career crossroads, personal transitions, and recurring patterns in relationships and decision-making -- with a particular focus on clients 40 and older who are ready to examine what has not been working and commit to real change. Her faith-aligned approach holds space for the whole person, not just the professional. Her eight-session private virtual coaching model is structured, practical, and designed to produce lasting momentum rather than temporary motivation.

Education, certifications, and credentials: Use only verified, approved credentials supplied by the client -- do not invent any qualifications, awards, or statistics.

WHY MINDHIRE WAS CREATED

The Gap Between Qualified and Ready

Over years of recruiting work, Kisha observed a consistent pattern: professionals who had strong resumes and real experience but struggled to communicate their value, demonstrate leadership presence, or navigate high-stakes conversations with confidence. The gap was rarely about intelligence or qualifications. It was about preparation, presence, and the internal patterns that can quietly affect performance at the moments that matter most.

The same patterns surfacing in careers were often rooted in deeper recurring cycles: in relationships, self-perception, decision-making, and responses to pressure. A professional might be exceptional on paper but arrive at an interview carrying unexamined assumptions about their own worth or readiness. Kisha recognized that addressing only the external opportunity without acknowledging the internal landscape would produce incomplete results -- sometimes no results at all.

MindHire Collective was created to serve both dimensions simultaneously. Employers gain access to a more deeply vetted talent pipeline. Professionals and coaching clients gain a structured framework for addressing the external opportunity and the internal patterns affecting how they pursue it. The work is grounded in pattern recognition, clarity, faith, and practical action -- not therapy, not motivation alone, but honest and structured forward movement.

"You do not need more motivation. You need to break the pattern."

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Two Disciplines. One Purpose.

MindHire Collective operates at the intersection of strategic talent acquisition and personal transformation. Kisha's philosophy in both disciplines shares a single conviction: that lasting progress requires more than surface-level effort.

The Recruiting Philosophy

In recruiting, preparation and presence matter as much as credentials. Candidates are evaluated not only for technical qualifications but for communication readiness, emotional steadiness, cultural alignment, and leadership presence. The goal is not to submit resumes -- it is to present professionals who are genuinely ready to perform in high-impact roles. MindHire does not fill seats; it prepares and positions talent. This philosophy is embedded in the MindHire Method's three foundational stages: Preparation, Positioning, and Placement.

The Coaching Philosophy

Lasting change requires more than inspiration or accountability check-ins. It requires pattern recognition -- identifying the recurring behaviors, beliefs, fears, and decisions that quietly shape outcomes over time. Kisha's approach combines reflection, strategy, faith-aligned action, and accountability to help clients think, respond, and act differently. Coaching is not therapy, is not crisis intervention, and does not replace licensed mental-health services. Every session closes with a concrete next step, because clarity without action is just information.

FAITH AND STRATEGY

Faith as a Framework, Not a Formula

Faith at MindHire Collective is not decorative and is not a requirement imposed on clients. It is a grounding framework -- a way of approaching identity, decision-making, and purpose that Kisha has found produces more durable change than strategy alone. This is especially relevant for clients who are standing at a crossroads and trying to discern what comes next when the usual frameworks -- career titles, relationship roles, social expectations -- are no longer sufficient anchors.

Faith-aligned coaching at MindHire does not mean every session includes scripture or that clients must share a particular belief. Prayer may be offered at the beginning of a session when requested and appropriate. The approach simply holds space for the reality that for many clients, their faith is inseparable from their identity -- and coaching that ignores that dimension is coaching that works with an incomplete picture.

Clarity about values, purpose, and identity produces better career decisions, stronger communication, and more consistent action. Faith-aligned decision-making is not opposed to strategic thinking -- it informs it. MindHire Collective is a space where strategy, faith, and personal action coexist without tension.

Quiet clarity and purposeful reflection

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Core Values

These values guide every recruiting relationship, every coaching session, and every decision at MindHire Collective.

Integrity

We say what we mean and do what we commit to, in every conversation and every placement.

Clarity

We help people and organizations see their situation, their options, and their next steps more clearly.

Preparation

We believe that opportunity favors the prepared, and we build readiness before high-stakes moments arrive.

Faith

We hold space for the conviction that identity, purpose, and sustainable action are rooted in something deeper than circumstance.

Accountability

We do not offer motivation without follow-through. Action and reflection between sessions are non-negotiable.

Emotional Intelligence

We recognize that how people communicate, adapt, and respond under pressure is as important as what they know.

Alignment

We work toward coherence between who a person is, how they show up, and where they are headed.

Purpose

We believe that meaningful work, fulfilled potential, and intentional relationships are worth the effort of real change.

Responsible Transformation

We do not promise instant results. We build sustainable progress through honest frameworks and disciplined action.

A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM KISHA

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

I built MindHire Collective because I kept seeing the same thing -- talented, capable people who were stuck. Not because they lacked ability or faith or desire, but because they were repeating patterns no one had ever helped them see clearly. I created a space where we can look at that honestly. If you are weighing whether the investment of time, honesty, and effort is worth it, that is a fair question. I will not pressure you toward an answer. I will simply tell you what I have seen: when people do the real work, things change.

This work is not for people looking for a quick fix or someone to make their decisions. It is for people who are genuinely ready to examine what is not working, take consistent action, and commit to real -- if gradual -- change. You do not need to share my faith or any particular belief to work with me. Faith is welcome here, but it is not a condition of service. What is required is honesty, willingness, and follow-through.

I invite you to start with a conversation -- not a commitment. The initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine whether the service is appropriate. There is no obligation. There is only a chance to see whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.

Availability may be limited because private coaching clients receive individualized attention.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed mental-health professional.
