About MindHire Collective
What is MindHire Collective?
MindHire Collective is a Philadelphia-based company that combines strategic recruiting, career positioning, leadership-readiness development, and faith-aligned transformational coaching. The company serves employers looking for prepared talent, professionals pursuing career growth or transition, and adults seeking personal transformation aligned with their faith and values.
Is MindHire Collective a recruiting company or a coaching company?
Both. MindHire Collective operates at the intersection of strategic recruiting, career development, leadership readiness, and personal coaching. These services are connected by a shared framework — the MindHire Method™ — but each is available as a distinct offering. Coaching is not required to access recruiting services.
Who does MindHire Collective serve?
MindHire Collective serves three primary audiences: employers seeking leadership-ready, culturally aligned professionals; candidates and career professionals preparing for transitions, promotions, or new industries; and adults — particularly those 40 and older — who are navigating a significant personal crossroads and are ready to move forward with a practical, faith-aligned plan.
What industries do you recruit for?
Current areas of specialization include engineering, pharmaceutical sales, artificial intelligence, and healthcare leadership. MindHire Collective is not limited to these industries. If your organization operates in a different sector, contact us to discuss whether your hiring needs align with our current capacity.
The MindHire Method & Frameworks
What is the MindHire Method™?
The MindHire Method™ is MindHire Collective's three-stage framework: Preparation, Positioning, and Placement. It is designed to help professionals understand their value, communicate clearly, develop leadership presence, and connect with appropriate opportunities — moving from readiness to placement in a structured, intentional way.
What is Subconscious Performance Recruiting™?
Subconscious Performance Recruiting™ is MindHire Collective's recruiting model, designed to look beyond résumé qualifications to evaluate communication readiness, cultural alignment, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence. It is not a medical or psychological diagnostic process. It is a structured approach to identifying candidates who are prepared to perform in high-impact roles.
What is RESET Architecture™?
RESET Architecture™ is a proprietary coaching and readiness framework used within the MindHire Method™. It supports mental resilience, emotional regulation, communication clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and leadership presence. RESET Architecture is not a diagnostic tool, medical treatment, or form of psychotherapy.
Recruiting & Candidate Services
Does working with MindHire Collective guarantee employment?
No. Participating in candidate services, career positioning, or coaching does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment. Employers make all final hiring decisions. MindHire Collective is designed to help you become more prepared, more clearly positioned, and more competitive — but outcomes are influenced by many factors outside any one company's control.
Does MindHire Collective guarantee a successful hire for employers?
No. MindHire Collective cannot guarantee hiring outcomes, retention, or workplace performance. The recruiting process is designed to identify and present well-qualified, communication-ready, culturally aligned candidates. Final hiring and employment decisions rest with the employer.
Is coaching required to use recruiting services?
No. Traditional recruiting services are available without participation in any coaching or optional program. Any coaching or RESET Architecture component is separate and requires the candidate's informed consent.
How does the employer process work?
The employer process begins with a discovery conversation and role analysis, followed by candidate profile development, search and sourcing, qualification and readiness evaluation, candidate presentation, interview coordination, and placement. Optional onboarding follow-up may be available. Visit the For Employers page for a full description of each step.
How does the candidate process work?
The candidate process begins with a career and opportunity assessment, followed by professional positioning, communication and interview preparation, leadership-readiness development, opportunity alignment, and placement or transition support. Coaching components are optional. Visit the For Professionals page for a full overview.
Private Coaching
What happens during private coaching?
Private coaching consists of eight individual virtual sessions conducted via Zoom. Sessions may begin with prayer when requested and appropriate. Together, the client and Kisha work to identify recurring patterns — in relationships, decisions, behaviors, or beliefs — and develop practical next steps the client can implement between sessions. The goal is lasting behavioral and mindset change, not temporary motivation.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed mental-health professional. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or crisis service.
Is hypnotherapy required?
No. Hypnotherapy, when offered, is entirely optional and requires separate informed consent. It is not a component of standard private coaching or recruiting services.
Are sessions virtual?
Yes. Private coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. Employer and candidate consultations are also available virtually.
What does the initial consultation cost?
The initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine whether the service is appropriate for your situation. Contact MindHire Collective through the Contact page to schedule and discuss current availability and any associated fees.
How do I get started?
Visit the Contact page or click "Book a Consultation" in the navigation. Select the inquiry type that matches your situation — employer, candidate, or private coaching — and submit your information. Kisha or a member of the team will follow up to schedule your initial conversation.
